Services
Six capabilities,
one engineering team.
We deliver across the whole stack because the problems rarely stay inside one discipline — the reporting depends on the automation, and the automation depends on the platform underneath it.
Custom software
Platforms built around how your business actually works, rather than bending your process to fit somebody else's product.
- Operational platforms
- The systems your business runs on day to day, built to be maintained rather than rewritten.
- Integration layers
- The connective tissue between tools that were never designed to talk to each other.
- Legacy modernisation
- Replacing systems that still work but can no longer be changed safely.
- Data architecture
- Structures that stay fast and stay correct as the data grows.
Typical engagements
- Internal management systems
- Customer and partner portals
- Business process platforms
- Bespoke CRM and ERP workflows
What you receive
- Full source code and documentation
- Architecture and data model diagrams
- Deployment and runbook guides
- Handover sessions with your team
Automation & workflow engineering
We map the steps your team repeats by hand, then design them out — connecting the tools you already run into one system that reports its own state.
- Process mapping
- Finding the manual step nobody questioned, and the cost of leaving it there.
- Cross-platform sync
- One record, one source of truth, no double entry between systems.
- Scheduled and event-driven jobs
- Work that happens on time without anyone remembering to start it.
- Monitoring and alerting
- Automations that fail loudly. A silent failure is worse than a manual step.
Typical engagements
- Reporting and reconciliation
- Onboarding and approval flows
- Order, ticket and case routing
- Finance and operations handoffs
What you receive
- Documented process maps, before and after
- Running automations with owner and escalation path
- Alerting and failure reporting
- Time-saved measurement against the baseline
AI where it earns its place
Production-grade AI inside real processes — document handling, search, triage, assisted decisions. We are equally clear about where it does not belong.
- Retrieval over your own content
- Answers grounded in your documents and data, with the source attached.
- Assisted review and triage
- Ranking, routing and summarising work so people spend attention where it counts.
- Workflow assistants
- Embedded in the tools your team already has open, not a separate destination.
- Evaluation and guardrails
- Measured accuracy, bounded cost, and a defined behaviour when the model is unsure.
Typical engagements
- Document and contract processing
- Internal knowledge search
- Support triage and drafting
- Structured extraction from messy inputs
What you receive
- Working feature with an evaluation set
- Accuracy and cost reporting
- Documented failure modes and fallbacks
- An honest recommendation on what not to automate
Mobile applications
One codebase, native feel, shipped to both stores together — and built offline-first so it stays usable when the connection is not.
- Cross-platform delivery
- A single build for iOS and Android without the compromised feel.
- Offline-first architecture
- Local state that survives a dead signal and reconciles cleanly afterwards.
- Backend integration
- The app and the platform behind it designed together, not bolted together.
- Release management
- Store submission, staged rollout and crash reporting from day one.
Typical engagements
- Field and on-site workforce apps
- Customer self-service
- Booking and scheduling
- Internal companion apps
What you receive
- iOS and Android builds
- Store listings and submission
- Crash and usage reporting
- Release process your team can run
Data, dashboards & reporting
Reporting that replaces the weekly spreadsheet export, and search systems that stay fast as the data grows.
- Live dashboards
- Built around the decisions people actually make, not every metric available.
- Reporting pipelines
- Scheduled, verifiable, and reproducible — no manual export step.
- Search and discovery
- Finding the right record quickly across large and untidy data.
- Data quality
- Validation at the point of entry, so the reporting is worth reading.
Typical engagements
- Operational and board reporting
- Customer-facing analytics
- Internal search across systems
- Consolidating fragmented data sources
What you receive
- Dashboards with documented metric definitions
- Automated report delivery
- Data quality checks and alerts
- Query and pipeline documentation
Cloud & infrastructure
Scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines, including migrations planned for zero-downtime cutover.
- Cloud architecture
- Designed for the load you actually have, with room for the load you expect.
- Deployment pipelines
- Shipping becomes routine instead of an event.
- Migration planning
- Sequenced, reversible, and rehearsed before the real cutover.
- Observability
- Knowing a system is unhealthy before a customer tells you.
Typical engagements
- Infrastructure modernisation
- Zero-downtime migration
- Cost and performance review
- Resilience and recovery planning
What you receive
- Infrastructure defined as code
- Pipelines your team controls
- Monitoring and alerting dashboards
- Migration and rollback plan
How we work
Five stages, and you can stop us at any of them.
Durations are typical, not promises — a discovery that finds something surprising is doing its job.
- 01
Discovery
We learn how the work happens today — including the parts that live in spreadsheets and people's heads. You get a written view of the problem before anyone writes code.
1–2 weeks - 02
Design & prototype
Interfaces and system design, made concrete enough to react to. Changing your mind here is cheap, which is the entire point of this stage.
2–4 weeks - 03
Build & review
Iterative delivery with working software at the end of each cycle. You see progress continuously rather than at a single reveal.
6–16 weeks - 04
Launch
Deployment, cutover and the monitoring that proves it is healthy. Where data moves, the migration is rehearsed before it is real.
1–2 weeks - 05
Support
Software touching your operations is never finished. We plan for the second year, not just the handover.
Ongoing
Not sure which of these you need?
Most enquiries start as one thing and turn out to be another. Describe the problem rather than the solution and we will tell you what it actually is.
